Once your order is placed, we move fast so you can get back to what matters—playing the game.

You’ll receive a confirmation email after checkout, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on the way.

  • Expedited Shipping: Options available at checkout

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier.


Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on select orders and promotions.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it every step of the way.

Incorrect Addresses

Scrub Caddie is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us at returns@scrubcaddie.com.

We’ll work with you to help locate the package or find a solution.
