If it’s not for you, no problem—you have 30 days to return it.

Use it. Try it. Take it to the course.
If it doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right.


How Returns Work

To start a return, email us at returns@scrubcaddie.com with your order number.

If approved, we’ll send you:

  • A return shipping label
  • Simple instructions

Please don’t send items back without contacting us first—we won’t be able to accept them.

We keep it fair:

  • Item must be in good condition
  • Proof of purchase required

(We get it—you tried it. That’s the point.)


Damages & Issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away.
